Thief Steals U-Haul, Family's Car In Bell Gardens

Sounds like an inside insurance scam to me.

I saw this all over the news and it sounded a little funny to me also.

Any updates on this issue? Does anyone know if there are any unique items the community should be looking for at yard sales and pawn shops?

I have moved several times in my life and never once have I had anything stolen. Either Bell Gardens is a realy bad city or the person owed someone money or drugs or somthing. This does not make any sense.

Hey Jerk this wasn't an inside Insurance Scam have a little compassion for what just happened!!! She didn't even have insurance and if she did it couldn't even replace all the memories taken.

I am Jamie's ex brother in law, and I know it was hard for her. Compassion, assistance is what she needs. Not comments from mentally slow individuals who have nothing better to do.

As funny as it may sound it's very true. I understand there are a lot of ugly people out here but I have hope and we all need prayer and that is all I asked for. God Bless and not everyone is bad.

I also have moved several times and nothing like this has ever happened to me till now so I guess it's true what some may say "Never say Never!" You should be very thankful nothing like this has happened to you and I pray it never does. Have a Blessed day.

Say what you will but here we are almost a month later and are still having a hard time with this. Funny thing is Uhaul insurance only covers damage to the uhaul. Not only that they have taken $1,199.36 from my bank account for impound fees. Now tell me who pulled a scam. Have a good day

I had my wedding ring and a few paintings that belong to my uncle. I will have to see about posting some pictures up thank you.

I was looking for the story online today to get a copy for my dispute with uhaul. I was sad to see that people can be so heartless. I need a copy of the story because Uhaul has debited my bank account for $1199.36 for impound fees. I asked for a few days to make some kind of payment plan I was told that would be fine. When I checked my account the next day I seen the unauthorized debit. Never once did I think of closing the account or not paying. I just didn't have it yet. I had to provide for my children. I have never asked for anything just prayer. Also if anyone happened to see a box of baby pictures or school work (that I saved)please call BGPD they have my phone number. So all of you that have mean things to say I feel sorry for y'all because your missing some kind of peace in your life.
