The 14th annual Battle of Laurel Hill re-enactment, sponsored by the Belington Convention and Visitors Bureau, Kanawha Artillery, 11th VA Cavalry and Freedom Bank, will officially open on July 17 with ceremonies at 6 p.m. at the pavilion at the battleground on Laurel Mountain Road.
