Pedestrian killed in Middletown identified as local woman

The pedestrian struck and killed along Route 36 Tuesday night has been identified by authorities as a local woman.

Sharon was not just a "local woman" - she was an inspiring, amazing, positive spirit among us. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and colleagues. This is a tragic loss for all.
