DOT issues no-travel advisory for area of N.D.; travel alert issued...
The North Dakota Department of Transportation has issued a no-travel advisory for Interstate 94 from the Montana border to Hebron, N.D. The advisory includes I-94 and all roads south of I-94 from Montana to Hebron, due to blowing and drifting snow, reduced visibility and icy road conditions.
