Forks Twp. officer with PFA need not surrender weapons

“I checked with the Northampton County Sheriff's department and he is fully authorized to carry a weapon”

A Forks Township police corporal is allowed to keep his weapons pending a ruling Monday by a county judge during a protection from abuse hearing. via Easton Express-Times
