Aiken County deputies are investigating a death in Beech Island tonight. Dispatch confirms a body was found in the back yard of a home on the 700 block of Herndon Dairy Road around eight o'clock tonight.

Dye-stained clothing believed to have been discarded by two Beech Island bank robbers was found Monday night near Waynesboro, Ga.

The Aiken County Sheriff's Office released today its latest Most Wanted Suspects list, this time focusing on suspects charged with assault and battery with intent to kill and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.

Deputies said the gunmen who robbed a bank in Beech Island on Monday became unusually aggressive during the armed robbery, even stealing from one of the customers during the holdup.

NBC Augusta 26 News was first on the scene of a bank robbery that happened around 10:45 this morning at First Citizens Bank on Atomic Road in Beech Island.
