Driver admits drunken driving in Bucks woman's death
A Delaware County man could spend three to six years in prison after admitting his guilt in a drunken driving crash that killed a Bedminster woman, his attorney said.
Dustin E. Fraim, 27, of Clifton Heights, pleaded guilty in Delaware County Court this month to homicide by motor vehicle in the crash last year that killed Elizabeth Hofsaess, 61, on Route 476 in Nether Providence Township, Delaware County.
Fraim is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge James F. Nilon Jr. on June 2.
Andrew J. Edelberg, Fraim's attorney, said the prosecution has recommended a prison sentence of three to six years as part of a proposed plea agreement. Had Fraim been convicted at trial, Edelberg said, he could have faced 10 to 12 years. Read more
