W.Pa. woman, daughter hold public signs of shame

A woman and her daughter are outside a western Pennsylvania courthouse holding signs saying they stole a gift card from a 9-year-old girl on her birthday.

Funny punishment. Not harsh enough though, these two hags were old enough to know better. They should be holding the sign with one hand and a bloody stump.

The girl dropped gift cards at walmart. They were charged with theft of lost or misplaced cards. They found them and they had no idea who they belonged to.

Alisha...Don't sugar coat the incident! The gift card was laid down while a sales clerk helped the young girl and they took it. You sound like a gullible relative!

The girl lost the card...Its public information....The district attorney is up for rape charges so who can believe a word he says.
