Three young men have been indicted by a Harlan County Grand Jury for their alleged actions in vandalizing the Evarts High School building in October.

The U.S. Postal Service is currently conducting an area mail processing study. The study is evaluating the feasibly of Harlan County out-going mail being dispatched to Lexington instead of the current London location.
