This is great news for our little hamlet and surrounding areas, it goes to show that it is growing and we need the state recognize that we can do with a bit more funding and cheaper transportation to NYC, we still a lot of land on the 97 for building commercial property (green manufacturing, storage warehousing,assembly plants, etc)...this should bring more much needed jobs and housing to the surrounding areas like Barryville, Eldridge, Yulan, Lumberland, Glen Spey, but yes Barryville is becoming the hamlet of choice....great!!!!!
