Larry and Judy Cody of Coon Rapids, MN, together with Barry and Carla Frake of Northport, NY, are happy to announce the engagement of their children, Amanda Cody and Paul Frake.

The rains had stopped, but there was still the water to deal with. As drainage from last week's heavy rains swelled the Redwood River and filled Marshall's flood diversion channel, area residents were dealing with everything from highway detours to basement pumps over the weekend.
