A St. Johnsbury woman has been cited for fraud and petty larceny after a series of thefts from a Barnet meditation facility.

Aaron Cady was arrested after engaging in a high speed pursuit with State Police on US Route 5 through Barnet during the afternoon hours on 05/30/2009.
