Survivors include his mother, Freida Wagner of La Center; two sisters, Dawn Bergeron of Barlow and Buffy Jones of Paducah; two brothers, Darrell Bomar of Paducah and David D. Goin of Ledbetter; and several nieces and nephews.

The Barlow City Council held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 10th. All commissioners were present with the exception of Gary Chandler.

The Ballard County Fiscal Court was held on Tuesday, December 20th. The meeting started off with Norma Pruitt of Kentucky Great River Region Organization .

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Irvan Hill; four sons, Terry Hill of Dixon, Tenn., Corey Hill of Kevil, Scott Hill of Barlow and Robby Hill of Farmington; one daughter, Ashley Lynch of Gage; four sisters, Edna English of Palma, Verla Mae Williams of Smithland, Peggy Rodeghero of Paducah, and Barbara Blair of Paducah; and eleven grandchildren.
