Pacer agrees to Knox Co. Hospital provisions

So they get a second chance at destroying the hospital?

I just wonder how much JM got out of this deal. will Pacer have to pay back the money it took from KCH to support other companies, looks like Nope. Surprise we are in Southeast KY.

Get rid of Pacer.!!!! Get a company that knows what they are doing.

We were better off with the old stinky hospital than the group that runs it now.

Love it Pacer agree's to Knox provisions,isn't that in the original agreement,yet Knox has not seen a dime.

How could Pacer sell 40% of hospital when they only leased.? Shouldn't the county have received the 1.2 mil instead of Pacer.

Under the lease agreement Pacer defaulted.

If the county cannot afford to keep up the hospital and pacer hasn't been keeping to the previous agreement, why can't they just sell it to a company that actually do something with it??

Pacer needs to go!!! This company owes so much money to Knox Co. they will never be able to pay it back, they have not paid taxes, rent, nothing but 1 days earnings out of a month!!!
How will the County know if all the money gets deposited into Commercial Bank? They already have proof of employees from the hospital and the Billing Co. writing blank checks and mailing them to Miami.
Why did it take the Judge Exec. so long to act when they robbed the hospital blind for 3 years?Why do they think they can trust Pacer now?
The county needs to sell it to someone because Pacer isn't capable and the county sure isn't.

I agree but Knox Cty had better do a search to make sure a new company is not owned by Pacer,since they have so many companies by different names.
I want to see our old employee's back at Knox Hospital,they were fired because they were not brown noser's as the company wanted.

How many companies does Pacer own now? I lost count after the 5th one:) which ones are not licensed to do business in the State of KY? I think that one was Pacer Health of KY.

Oh I agree Pacer bailed knox out-OUT of local jobs-local income-county money (which would pave our rds.)lots of greenback.

Just so you know, not all the people that were laid off have been replaced. example: there is still no security! now tell me,how safe is that??
and I know of some others that have not been replaced.

Why were some laid off and replaced. I thought if a person gets laid off, a new person couldn't be hired to replace them. Or is one of things were Pacer makes its own laws and hopes that know one complaines?

A person who has been laid off should be called back if that position is reinstated. I doubt if anyone would complain since the working environment at the hospital and BMB is so horrible. Yes, this is an example of how Pacer Health ignores the law.

They can change the name of the title and its totally legal! You people are envious and jealous that we are moving up the coorperate ladder. If we want an employee gone then they are gone, its called at will employment. For those who are challenging Pacer's decisions, you won't win so give it up. The school he graduated from, who he voted for in the presidental election, Why he got "booed" at a miami football game, why his many business's failed and his tax evasions scams.
