Seven suspects in two counties in custody. Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 9:20 a.m. BARAGA AND IRON COUNTY -- Over the past several days, 25 people have been arrested by detectives with the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team, also known as UPSET.
