The snow is finally gone, and the floodwaters have largely receded from the area, with the exception of areas such as Towner, Bantry and Willow City.
McHenry County Roads Hit Hard By Flood
Roads in McHenry County are badly damaged. Some of the worst areas are around Granville and Upham.
Souris River Basin likely to flood
The National Weather Service says there is a high likelihood of spring flooding in the Souris River Basin in north central North Dakota.
