Man in dress allegedly exposes self at Dunbar Township Wal-Mart
A 58-year-old Ohio man was arrested in Dunbar Township on Monday after he allegedly tucked his dress into his pantyhose and exposed his genitals to employees and customers in the gardening section of Wal-Mart.
