Phillipsburg Police charge Pennsylvania driver in connection with crack cocaine possession

PHILLIPSBURG - A 34-year-old Pennsylvania man, Jason A Labar, was charged in connection with possession of crack cocaine after the vehicle he was driving was stopped on Route 22.
