State DOT announces new traffic pattern for Route 370 bridge closure over Seneca River
A new traffic pattern will open up the Route 370 bridge over Seneca River to eastbound and westbound traffic at different times during the day, the New York State Department of Transportation announced this afternoon.

Route 370 bridge construction over Seneca River set to begin in June
Vector Construction Corporation was awarded the project on May 9. The company will start doing preliminary work on the project this week and significant bridge work is scheduled to begin the week of June 10, according to Gene Cilento, a state DOT spokesman.

The fastest cancer survivor in the 5 K was Holly Heinze-Coolican, 51, of Syracuse, with a time of 24:06. The youngest runners in the timed 5K were Nora Kurimsky, 6, of Baldwinsville, with a time of 39:36 and Gabriel Frazzinikendri, 6, of Syracuse with a time of 51:23, according to the race results.
