4 Malnourished Horses Removed From Ross Co. Farm
Four horses are removed from a Ross County farm Wednesday because, officials said, the horses were in such poor condition.

THEFT, MARKETPLACE: After snatching a pair of pink tennis shoes and three pairs of jeans, a 19-year-old Cleveland woman ran out of Kohl's and into the parking lot April 7. With store security in pursuit, she stashed her purse containing the merchandise under a shrub in front of a nearby restaurant.
The jury has found George Black guilty on all three counts in his involuntary manslaughter trial.
George Black, accused of causing the death of Bobby Nibert on January 13, 2011, has been found guilty on all three charges facing him in Ross County Common Pleas Court.
Involuntary Manslaughter Trial
In opening statements, Ross County prosecutor Matt Schmidt described how George Black rammed Bobby Nibert full-tilt through a guardrail and a privacy fence, and then fled in teh truck to Cynthiana.
Bainbridge man's trial in connection with fight on docket
George J. Black, 49, was indicted in July on the first-degree felony charge as well as felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and failure to stop after a nonpublic road accident, a third-degree felony.
