The exhibit contains pieces by youth and adult artists with disabilities who find artistic expression vital to their happiness and understanding of the world within and around them. Advocate's 150th: 'The people's paper' aimed to 'Advocate the general good will'

The printing press in the room over Graham's Store in Sturgeon Bay was surrounded by an excited group of people as the first copy of the first edition of the Door County Advocate was printed for March 22, 1862.
