A young driver -- possibly a juvenile -- stole a police car from a small Ellis County town and led officers on a high-speed chase Sunday night.

William Robert Rinehart of Grapevine, Texas, passed away December 30, 2011. He was born November 9, 1936, in Rankin, Texas, to Carvel and Erma Rinehart.
