Two-year-old's sudden death under investigation

autopsy results are in.multiple trauma to the head.once again austin needs a vigilante group.the person responsible for this needs to be dealt with swiftly and immediately.is this person going to be gone by the time police get charges ready?somebody knows something..........please come forward !this precious child did not deserve this!

Grandmother is Joyce Bowling, 319 2nd St. Austin. She says baby was covered in bruises from head to toe. Also says that this wasn't the first time baby was beaten.

The abuse that goes on under our noses. Scary sometimes. I bet there are children who are going through the same thing at this very moment. What is wrong with people who do these horrible acts and the ones who know its going on and lets it happen. It is more humane for a child to be murdered or abused than to destroy the one who did it to them. The person or persons should not get a chance to live. They should all suffer including Grandma because she knew about this before. I heard her say it on the news. I wouldn't pick her up if she fell down in the street. Shame on her!!!

We always don't have all the facts. The rumor mill is always grinding. However, Grandma did in fact say on the news the child had been bruised badly before. I did see that much.

I heard the mother is in jail on unrealted charges and maybe the boyfriends last name is Hensley??? Thats the rumor around the jail

hey all I quoted was that if it wasnt the first time the child was injured someone wasnt doing thier job what is so stupid about that? i heard the baby went to daycare and the daycare called cps and cps didn't do anything.i think the cocksucker ought to have his brains beat out. they ought to take a tall tree and a short piece of rope and hang that son of bitch. don't blame the mom or the grandma, maybe he had them to scared to tell. i know thats no excuse but try to put yourself in there position. the inmates at jail will take care of him. and when they send him off to the big house he will be someones BITCH.

I don't understand why this sort of thing happens so often. I have three children of my own and I would die for either of them. It makes no sense to me as to how the grandma could see signs of abuse and do nothing about it. I think the mother is just as guilty as Hensley she can't say that she didn't know. If i even suspected that someone harmed my child .......heaven help them because i would not be able to control myself.

I know Jason Hensley very well. He used to stalk me and my sister. He also tried to pull my brothers wife through a window in the middle of the night[wonder what he was going to do]? He has been in trouble before for abuse sexual and physical. The sad thing is the police are aware of his mental instability,so is his family. Anyone who knows him knows he has no right even being around an innocent child let alone be responsible for one. I hope the piece of shit dies for what he done. Iknow he hits women but even if he was beating the mother that was her child. I would die before i would let some SOB lay a finger on my child. I think the mother and grandmother are just as much to blame. They could have saved this poor babys life if they werent to pussy to speak up or get that baby out of harms way. I hope he gets EVERYTHING he deserves!!!!!!!!!!

babies are a gift from god.NEVER leave your child with a "boyfriend".this is not the first time this has happened. does anyone remember the baby girl at scottsburg that was molested and murdered? it was "mom's" boyfriend.he got 50 years,but he is still alive i guess.he stared me down in the courtroom. as well as the other potential jurors. it was extremely hard to look at him.he was allowed to look at our paperwork,so he had addresses,names,phone numbers and other personal information on every juror.

let's just pray that the detectives do a good enough job gathering evidence so that he gets convicted,let's hope there is no plea deal.
