Austin man charged in 2-year-old's death

where is the father?

I hope he get's what's coming to him.....The boy's in prison will take care of that;)He needs his head bashed in. Poor little child,may he rest in peace.If that were my child..the S.O.B. would've been shot befor the law had a chance to catch him.

i use to watch jacob, he was a sweet little boy, always full of energy and always had a smile on his face!! he is sadly missed. as i read all the articles written about this i start to wonder if this might be considered a "hate crime". think about it, did u see the smirk on his face when he was arrested? sick sick man!! and i honestly think that they should look into the mother also, i mean, if i had a kid and someone i was seeing was watching him and i went to pick him up and i seen he had bruises all over him, no matter who it was i would of went straight to the er then and my child checked out!! i wouldn't of took my child back to this person repeatedly!! my child would be my world, i wouldn't put a man before my children!! and it looks like that is what this mother did!! if i could of taken jacob home with me...he's know the real feeling of love and being safe!! rest in peace little jacob, many people will not rest until justice is served!!!! everyone involved needs to feel the wrath of the community over this, a small helpless life taken, and for what reason?

I think that the grandma should go also...... is because on the news she said she knew it was going on and she didn't do anything to stop it.... Now look at the situation she could have prevented the whole issue, but no she was afraid to speak up for her grand kid.....How SAD!! I know I sure couldnt live with myself knowing that I knew all along!!

If you used to watch him,didn't you ever see anything,bruises etc?Or did this supposedly start after you were no longer the babysitter,or did you do nothing either since it was not your kid?.I've known alot of Hensleys and most of them are not worth 10 cents.
