LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. - Charles "Steve" Stephenson will appear in a Dearborn County courtroom in Lawrenceburg Thursday afternoon to answer to charges that he murdered and robbed an Aurora woman in March.

Bids for owner-occupied housing rehabilitation in Aurora and in Ripley County were opened Monday, May 7, at the Aurora Utility Board meeting, said Patty Jackson.

Dearborn County Prosecutor Aaron Negangard announced the charges Thursday against 58-year-old Charles "Steve" Stephenson of Walton, Ky., in the death of 67-year-old Leigh Jennings.
