Did anyone see "Non Sequitur" earlier this week when the lady said, "Stupidity is a condition, ignorance is a choice." Let's home those in Maine don't choose the ignorance that the anti-gay ads assume they do.

I don't recall "Marriage 101" being part of the curriculum when I was in school, but maybe things have changed. Regardless, I think both sides are being a bit disingenuous here. Kids will not be "taught" "Gay Marriage 101," in school, but they could be exposed to the concept in school, just as elsewhere in their daily lives. But, so what?

The world is not "edited for television" and fundies can't make it so, nor can they raise their children in a vacuum, separated from reality. Their kids will learn about the existence of gay people, like it or not, just as our children will, unfortunately, have to learn about the existence of bigots.

The entire argument is a smoke screen. The right wants people to think that children will be harmed by this. Who is going to say they don't want to protect children?

It's just like when they switched gears from calling marriage a religious institution to calling it "traditional marriage" because we started arguing separation of church and state.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. Children will be harmed! The sky is falling!

<quoted text>That really is your only option, since you can make no rational case for your horrible, hate based radical homosexual agenda. It just can't survive free speach and rational thought.
Homosexual 'marriage' is a cruel lie with no real basis in homosexual life. None of your mindless clones can document ANY country on earth where a significant percent of the homosexual population has 'married' when laws were changed to allow your ridiculous oxymoron.
While it is true that we can make no rational case to YOU for equal rights for all, it is only because you mind is incapable of logical thought so it refuses to process the hundreds of logical arguments that HAVE ALREADY been sent your way. This is why no one bothers refuting you anymore, we realize it is a waste of time, your tiny brain is incapable of understanding. You are only capable of regurgitating the lies of the American taliban that have been fed to you. Which is why it is so easy to recognize you every time you appear. No matter what country you currently claim to be from.
