The Waste Transfer Station in Audubon will continue its day to day operations for at least another fiscal year.

The Audubon County Sheriff's Office was assisted during the search by the Cass County Sheriff's Office, the Audubon Police Department and the Iowa State Patrol Thursday night.

Brian Dentlinger of Arcadia and a student at Kuemper Catholic, Clara Lauritsen of Exira and Taylor Lewis of Audubon both students at Audubon Community Schools along with Adam Hoskins of Jefferson were named recipients of west central's excellence in agricultural scholarship program.

Top small businessmen from Nebraska, Iowa and every other state will get the chance to visit Washington D.C. in May when 1 of them will be named national small businessperson of the year.

Garbage was being discussed at Monday's board of supervisors meeting for Audubon County.
