How could you print the names of the deceased whose organs were found. Have you no compassion at all for the families? That is unacceptable, it is of no business to anyone to know that information. May God soften your hearts

I think organs not donated are left in the corpse. I'm sure state law strictly regulates and this doofus is getting ready for remedial jail time. He's too ignorant for words.

all organs are taken out during an autopsy, which would have been the case in any unnatural or suspicious death, like falling out of boat. they are put in a biohazard bag and placed inside the body cavity, where the funeral home will then open the bag and place embalming solution in there so they don't stink, and then embalm the rest of the body. But I believe that the majority of african-american funeral homes do not have refrigeration in them, so if things are not done in a timely manner, then they develop a smell.

I would imagine that, even if it was right to remove these organs (which I have no way of knowing) they would need to be disposed of in the same way that a doctor's office would dispose of such things... through special bio-waste companies that probably incinerate them as per Federal and State law.

But then on another point, abortion clinics flush fetuses down the toilet, so why aren't they in trouble?

This low life is obviously a repeat offender and should now be put away for the rest of his life. He will never be a productive member of society. By his actions he has shown he can't live with society and will continue to commit crimes if not taken out of society. He's proven to be violent , has no respect for others and can't be trusted. Three strikes and your gone for LIFE

! Good riddens to worthless scum.

Also , I agree with the other post who didn't see why it's necessary to publish the names of the victoms. Why put the family through this nightmare because of this criminal POS !.

Some people don't want to be embalmed after death, or maybe can't afford it. In these cases, burial should be within 24 hours, according to law, except in cases where there is no apparent cause of death, or a suspicious death, then an autopsy is performed.

Might want to formally designate Holmes Funeral Home in your will as a place to avoid if you prefer to "rest in peace" rather than "rest in pieces"...

And just where the heck do you get the information about fetuses get flushed down the toilet ? You are the sicko here. The clinics have to follow the guidelines and laws. You are only trying to impose your believes on us.

Yup...but they'd go out of business if it wasn't for the whites killing their wives and children.
