The Auburn students protesting outside District 205 Headquarters may be small, but evidence suggests discontentment with Rockford Public Schools is growing.

The protest was sparked by Dr. Lavonne Sheffield's decision to remove Auburn's principal Dr.

This comes amidst declining test scores and recent student arrests for fighting and bringing weapons to school.

Some District 205 parents are frustrated tonight with what they call a lack of notification about the incident.
