Its a matter of ecomomics. Financial assets are just not allocated to this service, but there are at least 10 fat cat administrators in City Hall who make over 100K per year, and a City Manager who takes home 380K per year. So there is nothing left for a street sweeper driver or mower operators to maintain our parks. Priorities? We citizens need to speak up and speak loudly!
