Carteret County Towns Will Charge For Beach Access Parking Again
The town of Emerald Isle says they will charge$10 for all day parking again at the eastern and western ocean regional access on weekends and holidays, starting around Easter.
Kathleen Arthur Barkley died January 24, 2012, in Statesville, N.C. Mrs. Barkley was born in La Grange, NC on September 26, 1907.
