Viking announces 10th acquisition

Viking Partners, the Blue Ash private-equity real-estate investment firm that was formed in 2009 to take advantage of underperforming loans in the commercial-real estate market, will announce today the 10th acquisition from its first fund, a shopping center in Muncie, Ind.
