Fergus Falls and Otter Tail County are under a blizzard warning until noon Saturday, according to the National Weather Service office in Grand Forks.

A chimney fire caused minor smoke damage to a Dalton home Friday evening. The fire, located at 28873 130th St., was reported around 6:40 p.m., bringing firefighters from Dalton and Ashby to the scene.

A tractor trailer caught fire in the westbound lane of Interstate 94 near milepost 67 around 10 a.m. Tuesday, bringing firefighters from Ashby and Dalton to the scene.

BARRETT, Minn. - Numerous tip calls were received at KSAX of an explosion and a fire at the old high school in Barrett , Minnesota T uesday around 9:30 p.m. One of the tip callers included Barrett's mayor Les Halvstad.
