An Arrington man who was found guilty of raping a 62-year old Roseland woman in May of 1979 and has spent the last 30 years in prison is being considered for conditional release by the Nelson County Circuit Court.

Shooting victim dies after being found near Bellevue and Chamberlayne
A male shooting victim was pronounced dead tonight at VCU Medical Center less than two hours after he was found lying on a grassy area off Bellevue Avenue just west of Chamberlayne Avenue.
