Wood County to open winter park
ARPIN -- Powers Bluff Park and Winter Recreation Area in Arpin is scheduled to open Saturday for downhill skiing and tubing, Heather Gehrt, Wood County Park and Forestry office manager and ATV/snowmobile coordinator, announced Tuesday.
