No suspects in killing of two at restaurant
A waitress working three jobs and a cook who was a young father were gunned down inside a South County Steak 'n Shake early Monday morning during a robbery, police and family members said.

Article is from 11/11. Yes, they did arrest 2 brothers in Illinois, that were both former employees for the murder. They crossed State lines to commit a felony. I am pretty sure this is going to be a capital case and these 2 will be going to death row, as they rightly should.
