A century of wonderful red-skinned potato salad

Clara Elizabeth Phipps is proud of her potato salad. After her children were in bed on Christmas Eve, she would boil 15 pounds of red-skinned potatoes to take to her mother's home for Christmas dinner. via Hometown Annapolis
