Lawyers amend suit against Raleigh school board

Sept. 19--BECKLEY -- An amended lawsuit against the Raleigh County Board of Education now says it had reason to know a science teacher was engaged in "inappropriate amorous relationships" with students as early as the 2003-2004 term but no action to stop it.
