Western North Dakota crash kills South Dakota man
A South Dakota man is dead in a crash in western North Dakota . The Highway Patrol says 59-year-old Terry Rudd of Sioux Falls was driving a semitrailer tractor that went off a McKenzie County road, struck a culvert in a ditch and rolled about 9 a.m. Thursday.
