ON NOVEMBER 9 AT AN INTOXICATED SUBJECT PULLED THE FIRE ALARM AT A HOSPITAL. WHEN THE SUSPECT WAS DETAINED BY SECURITY, HE ASSAULTED A SECURITY GUARD.
