Road Closures: Army Ten-Miler to close streets in Arlington, D.C.
As tens of thousands of runners race in the Army Ten-Miler Sunday, a number of roads will be closed in Arlington and D.C. Some of the road closures will begin at 6 a.m. Sunday for the 8 a.m. race.
