Ky. man charged with DUI, runs over stop sign
Phillip Bright, Jr., 26, of Arlington, Ky. was charged with DUI second aggravated, operating on a suspended OLN, speeding, failure to produce insurance, disregarding stop sign, no restriction plate, no registration receipt, no tail lamps, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, fleeing and evading first.
