A 2006 graduate of Pineville High School, Woolum is the daughter of Tuck and Martha Woolum of Pineville.

The following indictments were recently handed down by the Bell County Grand Jury: April Ramsey, 20 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of complicity to commit burglary in the second degree.

The Bell County Volunteer Fire Department board of directors responded to the denied proposal by the Bell County Fiscal Court by announcing the possibility of more station closings.

It was announced during Tuesday's meeting of the Bell County Fiscal Court meeting that the Bell County Volunteer Fire Department had made a proposal regarding the closed fire stations, but is was rejected by the court.

A pregnant woman and her unborn child were killed Friday in a two-vehicle fatal crash in Bell County.
