After more than three decades of waiting, the new Argyle sewer system is up and running.

FIRST TEE 8 a.m. -- Barb and Terry McGahuey, Ladora; Susan and Dave Greiner, Johnston.

8:40 a.m. -- Carol and Jim Dodge, Burlington; Dee and Jim Slough, Clarinda. 8:50 a.m. -- Cindy and Larry Taylor, Burlington; Elaine and Duane Roose, Pella; Kathy and Rex Bentzinger, Coralville.

The violations occurred during a biannual sting conducted by the Lee County Sheriff's office earlier this year, Sheriff Buck Jones said.
