THat dog should be locked up at the humane society and then put down! What is wrong with Marshall County? In Fulton County they take the DOG ASAP. And the owners are held liable. If I was the parents I would sue the owners. Poor Kid! Shame on Marshall County officials for doing nothing but passing the ball to everyone just to keep dropping.
