No one was injured when a home in Argos caught fire early Wednesday. The home was reported in flames about 1:30 a.m., according to the Marshall County Sheriffa s Department.

A fire has broken out at the U.S. Granules plant in Plymouth. Crews from Plymouth, Bremen, LaPaz, and Argos were called to the plant in the 1400 block of Western Avenue around 7:30 Thursday night.

Festival Vice President Mike Burroughs came up with the idea of honoring the communities that make up Marshall County for this year's festival.
