All three Loudoun County referendums passed Nov. 8 and will provide $172.6 million in funding for the construction of four new schools, a much needed renovation at Park View High School, emergency services equipment and a change in the voting dates for Leesburg Town Council.

In addition to selecting elected officials Nov. 8, Loudoun County citizens will be tasked with deciding three referendums for a total of $172.6 million relating to county schools, emergency services and the Town of Leesburg's elections.

The Blue Ridge District that the next supervisor will represent includes the western and southern parts of Loudoun County, four very different towns and the growing suburban communities of Brambleton and Arcola.
