The building looks more like a livery stable or blacksmith than a carriage house. The building facing Myrtle Ave was Sig Sanders market in the 50s...

Oh, who the hell cares? maybe now that the dump is gone someone can build a building that is USEFUL:like a home for some one. It was a dump because of the local historic COVEN not allowing for remodel or conversion into a home (I know, conversion is a dirty word, but what the hell). The COVEN should live and enjoy what they have if they have historic homes and interests, but they ought to STAY OUT OF other's business!!!
