By ERIC SCHAADT Staff Writer For the second consecutive year, the number of people killed in traffic accidents on Hancock County and Findlay roadways has dropped.

Motorists from Arcadia and Fostoria were injured Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash on Hancock County 18, north of Findlay.
