Doctors fear that an outbreak of cholera could be spreading towards Haiti's capital as the death toll rose close to 200 and more than 2,000 people became ill.

Power outage affects 14,000 people
A power outage began at 10:31 a.m. Wednesday affecting more than 14,000 customers in Blackfoot and surrounding areas of Eastern Idaho including Moreland, Riverside, Arbon, Fort Hall, Pingree, Springfield, Sterling and portions of Pocatello, American Falls and Aberdeen.
